The company has been founded by Roman Gurbiel, PhD, MSc, MEc, former Booz Allen Hamilton leader in Poland. From its early beginning Stratpole has focused on strategic and operational advisory in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Stratpole has a successful track record of delivering projects to large and mid sized companies in variety of industries, including energy (e.g. oil and gas, power, networks), logistics, transportation (e.g. rail, air, road), infrastructure, defence.

Roman Gurbiel has more than 15 years of professional experience. Has written several books and published articles in Harvard Business Review, has authored policy reports for American Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and various government institutions.
